Privacy notice

Last updated 16 July 2026

This notice explains what personal data aBit Trading collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (the “PDPA”). This is a marketing and enquiry website, so the main way you share personal data with us is the quote request form.

Who we are

This website is operated by ABIT TRADING CO., LTD., trading as aBit Trading, a company registered in Thailand (Tax ID 0105565155397, VAT-registered). Our registered office is at No. 30, Soi Chaloem Phra Kiat Rama 9 Soi 30, Junction 5, Dok Mai Subdistrict, Prawet District, Bangkok 10250, Thailand. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

For anything in this notice, or to make a request about your data, contact us at info@abittrading.co.th.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets these cookies:

  • A short functional cookie set after you submit the quote form, lasting about ten minutes, which lets the confirmation page work.
  • Security cookies that our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, may set to tell genuine visitors apart from automated abuse.
  • An advertising measurement cookie set by Google’s tag, described in the next section.

We measure visits with cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics and Workers Analytics Engine) that count pages and events in aggregate and store no personal data.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on Google. To see which adverts are worth paying for, every page loads Google’s advertising tag (gtag.js), which sets a cookie that tells us which advert or search brought you to the site and whether that visit ended in a quote request. We use it only to measure our own advertising. We do not build remarketing audiences, and we use no other advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

For what Google itself collects through the tag it acts as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete this cookie in your browser settings at any time without losing any part of the site, and you can control how Google personalises advertising at adssettings.google.com.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not build marketing lists from it. If you send a quote request, our team will reply about that enquiry. We will not add you to a newsletter.

We use Cloudflare as our technology provider for website hosting, form security (Turnstile), email delivery and analytics. Cloudflare processes data on our behalf under its own terms. Google also receives data about your visit through its advertising tag, as described above. Nothing you type into the quote form is sent to Google. Because these are global services, your data may be processed on servers outside Thailand. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s safeguards to keep your data protected to a comparable standard. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Quote enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you about the enquiry, after which we delete them. We will delete sooner if you ask and we have no legal reason to keep them.
  • The short backup copy the system keeps if an enquiry email fails to send is deleted automatically after 30 days.
  • Security and rate-limiting records last only seconds to minutes.
  • Analytics are aggregate and hold no personal data.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us to:

  • give you access to the personal data we hold about you, and a copy of it;
  • correct it if it is wrong or out of date;
  • delete it, or restrict how we use it;
  • provide it in a portable, machine-readable form, or send it to another controller;
  • stop using it, where you object to a use based on legitimate interest; and
  • withdraw any consent you have given, which does not affect anything we did beforehand.

To exercise any of these, email info@abittrading.co.th. We will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Security

We limit who can see enquiry data, protect the form against abuse, and keep our systems maintained through our providers. If a data breach happens that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify the PDPC and, where required, you.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
