These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only. They are not the sale contract for any goods, which is agreed separately for each order.

The site is for information

The site describes what aBit Trading does and lets you request a quotation. Its content is general information about our services, the product categories and brands we can source, and the trade lanes we work. It is not an offer to sell, and nothing on it forms a contract.

Quotations, availability and orders

• Product categories, brands, specifications, prices, minimum quantities, lead times and shipping routes shown on the site are indicative and can change.
• Brand and product availability is confirmed for each order. Nothing on the site guarantees it.
• A quotation we send you is an invitation to proceed, not a binding contract, until it is confirmed in writing between us. The commercial terms of any order, such as the Incoterm, payment and delivery, are set out in that per-order agreement, not on this site.

Information is not professional advice

Some pages summarise trade, customs and regulatory information for particular markets. We keep it as accurate as we reasonably can, but it is general guidance, not legal, customs or financial advice, and the rules change. Confirm the requirements for your own shipment with your customs broker or adviser.

Intellectual property

The design, text, logos and graphics on this site belong to aBit Trading or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our permission.

Brand names, product names and trademarks shown on the site, including the brands listed within our product categories, belong to their respective owners. We show them only to describe goods we can source. Their appearance does not imply that a brand owner endorses us, or that we are its agent or authorised distributor, unless we state so explicitly.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to:

• submit false enquiries, spam or unlawful content through the form;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; or
• use the site in any way that harms aBit Trading or other users.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party services, for example WhatsApp, Line, Google Maps and the Thai government business registry. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

No warranties

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its information is complete and current at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Thai law, aBit Trading is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

Our privacy notice explains how we handle the personal data you share through the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site.
