What we ship there
We source across the full Thai consumer-goods range, from beverages and food to non-food categories and the brands within them, and consolidate a mixed order into a single container: up to a hundred-plus SKUs in one load where the assortment calls for it. Everything is checked against your spec sheet at our own Bangkok warehouse before consolidation, and where a manufacturer holds product certificates (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal) we pass those through on request. Singapore’s compact, quality-conscious market rewards exactly that flexibility: a mixed container restocks proven sellers and trials new SKUs in one load, so a modest first order is a realistic way to test a Thai range. Getting it there
Singapore is one of the shortest sea lanes we serve, and the port is a world-leading container transshipment hub, with several sailings a week from Thailand. We consolidate and load at our own Bangkok warehouse and ship out through Laem Chabang; the run to Singapore typically takes a few days port to port on forwarder-published schedules, and the exact lane, schedule and terms are confirmed per shipment. We quote under the Incoterm you prefer (EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP) to the port or handover point you specify.
Documents and duty
Every consolidated order ships with the full export document set: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, and the factory certificates noted above where they exist. Singapore is close to a free port: consumer goods generally attract no customs duty, though goods and services tax still applies at import, so never plan on a tax-free landing. We still prepare the ATIGA Form D certificate of origin where the goods qualify, subject to the HS code and rules of origin. It documents Thai preferential origin for your records and can carry that status forward if you re-export within ASEAN. On the import side, commercial food imports run through the Singapore Food Agency: your company holds the SFA registration to import and clears each consignment on a TradeNet permit, while we prepare the export-side documents those declarations call for. Retail food needs English-language labelling under the Food Regulations, including the details of the Singapore-based party responsible for the product and the country of origin, and personal-care lines follow the ASEAN cosmetic notification regime on the importer’s side. Bank transfer and letter-of-credit terms are both standard, and we quote for either.
