What we ship there

Everything is checked against your spec sheet at our own Bangkok warehouse before consolidation, and where a manufacturer holds product certificates (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal) we pass those through on request. Getting it there
Vietnam is one of the shortest sea lanes we serve. We consolidate and load at our own Bangkok warehouse and ship out through Laem Chabang. For the south, services to Cat Lai, Ho Chi Minh City’s container port, are typically published at around four to six days on direct and feeder sailings; Haiphong serves the north on a longer indicative range. Those figures are indicative and forwarder-published, and the exact lane, schedule and terms are confirmed per shipment. We quote under the Incoterm you prefer (EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP) to the port or handover point you specify.
Documents and duty
Every consolidated order ships with the full export document set: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, and the factory certificates noted above where they exist. Vietnam is straightforward here: Thailand and Vietnam are both ASEAN members, so Thai-origin goods may qualify for ATIGA preferential rates with a valid Form D certificate of origin, subject to the HS code and rules of origin. Form D now moves electronically through the ASEAN Single Window, and we prepare the origin paperwork from the export side. On your side, Vietnam’s food-safety rules put most prepackaged processed food through an importer-led declaration procedure, with some product groups needing registration before import, and goods sold at retail must carry Vietnamese-language labelling, usually added by the importer as a supplementary label. On payment, bank transfer is common and we also quote for letter-of-credit terms. Final duty and compliance are confirmed per shipment with your customs broker — practical guidance, not legal advice.
